Our Why
We started Veritas because we didn’t want to work for a firm that placed no value in its people. It’s not fun to be just another number adding to the bottom line. Our goal was to create a firm that we wanted to work for. Then we would open the doors to other advisors who wanted to escape the same corporate box. We discovered we were not alone.

A message from our Co-Founders, Gail & DEBRA
We started Veritas Independent Partners because we saw a need in the industry to streamline the broker/dealer model to make it coordinate with the RIA side of the business — not compete with it.
Debra’s background in compliance paired with Gail’s client-facing experience creates the perfect collaboration. We have made an ecosystem that nurtures advisors to help them grow and thrive in our ever-changing industry landscape.
Our advisors don’t have to worry about what the next compliance hurdle will be. Debra and her team are continuously monitoring the evolution of all the hot button compliance issues. They adjust policies and procedures to make sure that the Veritas representatives and clients are protected.
Gail and her team are keeping up on all the latest products and technology with the goal of being your advocates and consultants. From the client-facing side of the business, Gail’s goal is to make the processes of paperwork, advertising approval, and technology as simple and efficient as possible.
